Permanent lighting in Mattoon
Year-round roofline lighting, designed for Mattoon homes
Permanent lighting makes sense for Mattoon's lakefront homes, where a year-round warm white reflected on the water is worth having every evening, and for the newer southwest subdivisions, where families want Christmas, game-day and Fourth of July scenes ready at a tap without an annual install.
Every Mattoon system is installed by our own crew, color-matched to your trim and backed by our five-year warranty.
You may have seen it called permanent outdoor lighting, roofline lights, eave lights or smart outdoor lights; it's the same app-controlled system. We are a licensed installer of Orca Smart Lighting, the best permanent lights in Central Illinois, and every Mattoon system is backed by our 5-year warranty and serviced by the same local crew that installed it. Local knowledge
We know Mattoon's homes
On Lake Mattoon homes we track both street and lake-facing rooflines. Southwest two-stories get track along every front-facing roofline and the garage. Mattoon Green Wave families keep green and white saved, Lake Land Lakers families use navy and gold, and EIU blue and gray and Illini orange and blue are both popular on game days.
Weather note for Mattoon: Mattoon's lakefront homes take wind and moisture off the water, and the older neighborhoods near Peterson Park have mature trees that shed ice. We use sealed sockets, tight clips on lake-facing rooflines and route lines clear of overhanging limbs.

Our lights were amazing. Lights were done quickly and efficiently. When the season was over he was back to take them down just when he said he would. We have had him put our lights up for several years and will continue to! Highly recommended.

We just had our lights installed by Midwest Holiday Lighting on Thanksgiving day. We just called them and let them know we would like them to do our light install and they worked us in quickly. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. We love the holiday lighting they installed on our house and will use them for years to come. They provided all the materials, completed the install quickly, and will store the lights for us during the off season. I added the wreath last minute and they had all the supplies to install it. We could not be happier with Tom and his crew and the job they did installing our lights. Thank You Midwest Holiday Lighting for making our holidays feel more merry and our home look brighter! Enjoy!
