Who we are

Information we collect
- Quote, contact and offer forms: name, phone, email, property address, city, service interest, notes and any photo you upload. Our forms are hosted by our customer relationship management provider, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), and submissions go directly to it.
- Attribution data: the page you submitted from, the page you landed on, referring site, and campaign parameters (UTM, click IDs) so we know how you found us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the page you submitted from, captured by our form provider when a form is submitted.
- Website chat: messages, name, phone and email you share through the chat window, which is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) and stored in our customer records.
- Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data through cookies.
How we use it
To prepare your quote, schedule and perform services, respond to questions, send appointment reminders and seasonal offers, and improve this website. Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel).
Text messages
By checking the consent box on our forms you agree to receive calls and SMS messages from us about your quote and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties for marketing.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (website hosting, CRM, email delivery) and as required by law. We never sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We keep customer records as long as needed to provide services, including stored lighting inventories across seasons, and for legal and accounting purposes. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with reputable providers.
Your choices
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@midwestholidaylighting.org. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Cookies
This site uses functional browser storage to remember campaign attribution and whether you've already seen our seasonal offer. Our embedded forms and chat window (GoHighLevel) and, if enabled, Google Analytics may set their own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser and still call or email us for a quote.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post updates to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
