By using this website you agree to these terms. Content on this site is provided for general information about Midwest Holiday Lighting services and may change without notice. Photos show real projects and representative examples of our lighting products.

Quotes

Quote requests are free and create no obligation. Quotes are based on a site visit or photos and measurements and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Pricing depends on linear footage, roof complexity, accessories and timing.

Seasonal lighting services

Seasonal installations are performed during our install window (late October through mid-December) and removed during our takedown window (January), weather permitting. Lights, clips and cords supplied by us remain our property unless otherwise stated in your agreement and are stored by us between seasons. Season-long maintenance of lights we install is included at no charge.

Permanent lighting

Permanent lighting systems are covered by a 5-year Midwest Holiday Lighting warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty excludes damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, power surges, or acts of nature. Details are provided in your installation agreement.

Promotions

Early-booking discount applies to new residential holiday lighting installs scheduled before the cutoff date. Mention it when you request your quote. Promotions cannot be combined and may be withdrawn at any time.

Property access and safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property and working exterior outlets. We carry liability insurance and follow ladder and roof safety practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwest Holiday Lighting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services beyond the amount paid for the service in question.
