Permanent lighting in Forsyth
Year-round roofline lighting, designed for Forsyth homes
Forsyth's large homes are a strong case for permanent lighting: when a seasonal install means hundreds of feet of roofline, a one-time system that runs warm white nightly and switches to any holiday or game-day scene pays for itself quickly.
Every system is installed by our own crew, color-matched to your trim and backed by our five-year warranty.
You may have seen it called permanent outdoor lighting, roofline lights, eave lights or smart outdoor lights; it's the same app-controlled system. We are a licensed installer of Orca Smart Lighting, the best permanent lights in Central Illinois, and every Forsyth system is backed by our 5-year warranty and serviced by the same local crew that installed it. Local knowledge
We know Forsyth's homes
On the two-stories we track every front-facing roofline, dormers and the garage. Golf-course homes often add the fairway-facing roofline. Maroa-Forsyth Trojans families keep their scene saved, with Millikin and Illini scenes close behind.
Weather note for Forsyth: Forsyth is open prairie north of Decatur with steady wind across its newer subdivisions; we use tight clip spacing and anchor every peak.

Our lights were amazing. Lights were done quickly and efficiently. When the season was over he was back to take them down just when he said he would. We have had him put our lights up for several years and will continue to! Highly recommended.

We just had our lights installed by Midwest Holiday Lighting on Thanksgiving day. We just called them and let them know we would like them to do our light install and they worked us in quickly. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. We love the holiday lighting they installed on our house and will use them for years to come. They provided all the materials, completed the install quickly, and will store the lights for us during the off season. I added the wreath last minute and they had all the supplies to install it. We could not be happier with Tom and his crew and the job they did installing our lights. Thank You Midwest Holiday Lighting for making our holidays feel more merry and our home look brighter! Enjoy!
