HOA & Subdivision Entrance Lighting

A lit entrance monument and wrapped entry trees set the tone for the whole neighborhood. We present to the board, quote common areas and maintain it all season.

HOA lighting

The entrance every resident drives through twice a day

A subdivision's entrance is its front door. In December, a lit monument sign, wrapped entry trees and a line of warm white along the entry boulevard tell residents and visitors that this is a community that takes care of itself, and it raises the bar for every house inside.

We work with HOA boards and management companies across Central Illinois: a design presentation at your meeting, separate quotes for entrances, clubhouse and common areas, a certificate of insurance, install on a date the board chooses, season-long maintenance and January removal. Many boards also arrange a resident discount for homes in the subdivision.

Subdivisions we work with

The large subdivisions of southwest Champaign and Savoy, Mahomet's Thornewood and Lake of the Woods area, Urbana's Stone Creek, Bloomington's Hawthorne, Fox Creek and Tipton Trails, Normal's Blackstone Trails and The Vineyard, Decatur's South Shores, Forsyth and Mt. Zion, and planned communities across our service area.

Typical HOA displays

  • Monument sign outlined in C9 and uplit
  • Entry trees wrapped in warm white mini lights
  • Boulevard and median trees and stake lights
  • Clubhouse roofline, entry and pool-house lighting
  • Gatehouse and fence lines

What Central Illinois homeowners say

4.9 stars on Google

  • Our lights were amazing. Lights were done quickly and efficiently. When the season was over he was back to take them down just when he said he would. We have had him put our lights up for several years and will continue to! Highly recommended.

  • We just had our lights installed by Midwest Holiday Lighting on Thanksgiving day. We just called them and let them know we would like them to do our light install and they worked us in quickly. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. We love the holiday lighting they installed on our house and will use them for years to come. They provided all the materials, completed the install quickly, and will store the lights for us during the off season. I added the wreath last minute and they had all the supplies to install it. We could not be happier with Tom and his crew and the job they did installing our lights. Thank You Midwest Holiday Lighting for making our holidays feel more merry and our home look brighter! Enjoy!

  • Tom is honest and hardworking, you won't find better out there!

Yes. Many boards arrange a group rate for homes in the subdivision, which we set up through the board or management company.
