For an apartment community, holiday lighting does two jobs. It makes current residents feel like they live somewhere that cares, and it makes December prospects, who are touring at dusk after work, see a lit clubhouse and entrance instead of a dark parking lot. For senior living, it brings the season to residents who may not get out to see lights elsewhere.
We light clubhouses, leasing offices, entry monuments, boulevard trees and common areas, schedule installs around move-in and finals for student housing near the University of Illinois, ISU and EIU, maintain through the season and remove in January. Property managers get one agreement across every community.

Our lights were amazing. Lights were done quickly and efficiently. When the season was over he was back to take them down just when he said he would. We have had him put our lights up for several years and will continue to! Highly recommended.

We just had our lights installed by Midwest Holiday Lighting on Thanksgiving day. We just called them and let them know we would like them to do our light install and they worked us in quickly. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. We love the holiday lighting they installed on our house and will use them for years to come. They provided all the materials, completed the install quickly, and will store the lights for us during the off season. I added the wreath last minute and they had all the supplies to install it.
